Skills Required : 
Good experience on NetApp technologies like NetApp active”active clusters, trouble shooting skills in hardware related problems, addition and removal of disk/self’s, snapshot, SnapMirror, and resizing aggregate”volume as per the standard.
Understanding the RMA and call log procedure with NetApp,
coordinating with vendor for any hardware upgradation/technical related issues.
Monitoring and generating filers performance report through VFM filer management software.
SAN Good knowledge with Hitachi Thunder9585/AMS500 hands on experience.
Addition of shelf/disks and Dis ks Raid group creation;
LUN creation”expansion (LUSE), host group and LUN masking.
Good in technologies like HDLM and Shadow Image software;
implementation and configuration.
Good in performance and monitoring tools like Hitrack Tuning manger. Brocade Switches Very good in brocade switches;
The person should posses good communication and presentation skills and should be a good team player

Roles and Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration and administration of NetApp technologies like NetApp active”active clusters, trouble shooting skills in hardware related problems, addition and removal of disk/self’s, sn apshot, SnapMirror, and resizing aggregate”volume as per the standard.
Raising RMA and call log procedure with NetApp, coordinating with vendor for any hardware upgradation/technical related issues.
Monitoring and generating filers performance report through VFM filer management software. Installation, configuration and administration of Hitachi Thunder9585/AMS500 carrying out tasks like shel f/disks and Disks Raid group creation;LUN creation”expansion (LUSE), host group and LUN masking.
Configuration of HDLM and Shadow Image software; implementation and configuration.
Performance and monitoring tools like Hitrack Tuning manger. Installation, configuration and adminsitration of brocade switches;
Trouble shooting , switch fabric, zoning (hard zoning/soft zoning) port trunking.
A dministration of HP virtual array and entry level SAN experience is add on advantage.
Experienced with the HP EVA virtualization technology, virtual host group container, disk group container and pres enting LUNs to the host groups.
