Mandatory:
* B.E. /M. Tech. /MCA in Computer Science or Electronics & Communications
* Independently handle the full qualification of one of our Networking
* or Storage products.
* Develop & write test plans
* Put together a QA plan for the product. This includes regression,
* stress and performance testing.
* Develop a plan to continually increase automation.
* Execute on the QA & test plans. Monitor and mentor junior members of
the team.
* Publish regular reports & statistics on progress of the release.
* Work with partners and customers to integrate their QA requirements
in ours.
* Work with the development team in the release process.
Requirements:
* 9 years of relevant QA experience
* Must understand networking / storage technologies well
* Must have successfully taken at least one product to a release.
* Experience at working with remote teams.
* Must have experience in test development & automation.
* Must be willing to provide hands-on leadership as and when needed.
* Good communication skills
* Familiar with Linux and / or Windows
