Good Knowledge TSM Server implementations on AIX
Good Knowledge TSM Backup / Archive Clients on AIX and Windows
Good Knowledge TSM Disaster Recovery Module
Good Knowledge TSM Tuning and Performance Issues
Good Knowledge of LPARS configurations and implementation
Good Knowledge of VIO implementation and administration
Good Knowledge of TSM administration and configuration.
Good Knowledge of AIX V5.3 or higher (Administration/operation)
Knowledge of NIM Server implementation
Knowledge of HACMP configuration and administration
Knowledge of PLM and VIO implementation and administration
Knowledge of GPFS will be a Plus
Knowledge of GLVM will be a Plus
Knowledge of HACMP/XD will be a Plus.
