Details:
- To provide L3 support on Microsoft Windows OS platform servers and Vmware
- Multiple customers across the globe with differing shift timings and support processes
- Incident/problem/change management
- Analysis of the environment and perform root cause analysis for identified problems
- The role will report to a Delivery Manager
SKILLS:-
- At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft server platforms
- Previous experience of a process-oriented support environment in a similar organization
- Relevant certifications highly desirable
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Need to be flexible in terms of work timings, location etc
Responsible for the build and configuration of all W2K systems, monitoring of systems with 3rd party tools (OpenView, Mercury, Quest Foglight) and Java scripting, repair of hardware, run regular backups of systems, testing and installing patches and upgrades, installation of Siebel application and components, systems security.
