Role Purpose:
The Client Infrastructure Representative 3 performs a wide variety of activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products at a client site, IMS environment, depot center and/or remote territory site by using standard methods, techniques and tools applicable to the area in which they are working. Typically handles more complex products, problems, and/or projects and may provide technical guidance to lower level technicians. Equipment support may include Enterprise Server, PC & laptop computers, storage sub-systems and drives, computer and telecommunications systems as well as high-end networking and complex product configuration including storage. The Client Infrastructure Representative 3 provides technical support to customer in solving technical problems incurred in the installation or operation of company supported products. Client Infrastructure Representative 3 achieves the productivity metrics associated with their position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides call taking and site specific support
* Responsible for deployment of multi-faceted infrastructure projects

Testing Engineer
1. Test engineers should be self motivated individuals capable of understanding high level design, writing detailed test plan and doing test automation and execution. They should have proven record in design, development and execution of test framework and test cases for storage products.
2. They should have good programming skills on Korn Shell, Perl and C language on UNIX/Linux operating systems.
3. They should have good knowledge of various debugging tools like gdb, FC analyzer and IP analyzer and should be able to root cause problems.
4. Basic exposure to storage technologies like SAN, FC and SCSI is required. They should also have good working knowledge of SAN administration and host OS administration for various flavors of UNIX operating systems.
5. They should have 2+ years of relevant experience.
